Reemplazar un QR de inspección
Anula el QR vigente y emite uno nuevo para el mismo activo, en una sola operación.
Escanear el QR anulado responde INSPECTION_QR_REVOKED. Reemplazar un QR ya anulado también
responde INSPECTION_QR_REVOKED.
